Welcome to Meadowvale Farmstead & Creamery. By visiting our website, placing an order, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Meadowvale Farmstead & Creamery

Meadowvale Farmstead & Creamery (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Montana-based, family-run micro-dairy and creamery offering raw milk and other farmstead products directly to consumers in accordance with the Montana Local Food Choice Act (MCA Title 50, Chapter 49).

Our products are handcrafted, small-batch, and sold only through direct producer-to-consumer transactions.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from Meadowvale Farmstead & Creamery, you must be:

At least 18 years of age; and

A resident of Montana purchasing for personal consumption and not for resale.


By placing an order, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Completion of Sale

All sales are final at the time an order is placed and paid for. In accordance with Montana Code Annotated §§ 30-2-106 and 30-2-401(2), title and ownership of all products transfer to the buyer upon completion of payment, not upon delivery or pickup.

This means:

The sale is complete at the time and place you place your order.

Delivery or pickup is a courtesy service, not a retail transaction.

Our drop points or pickup hosts do not conduct sales, nor do they act as agents of Meadowvale Farmstead & Creamery.


4. Delivery & Pickup

After your purchase is complete, your order may be delivered to an agreed pickup location or made available for pickup at the farm. Delivery or pickup is provided solely for your convenience.

Once title has passed, you, the buyer, assume full responsibility for safe handling, transport, and refrigeration of your products.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order (damage, missing items, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and make it right if appropriate.

6. Product Handling & Consumption

Our dairy products are made from fresh, raw milk produced by healthy animals and handled under strict sanitation standards. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of raw milk products and accept all associated risks.

You agree to handle, transport, and store all products in accordance with food safety best practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, photos, text, recipes, and branding, is the property of Meadowvale Farmstead & Creamery and/or Meadowvale Enterprises, LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the information necessary to process your orders and communicate with you. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be handled in Lincoln County, Montana.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect new policies or laws. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date above.
