Our Large Farmstead Beef Box includes approximately 35 lbs of Farmstead’s Choice beef cuts, thoughtfully selected to give you a practical, abundant mix of everyday staples, premium favorites, and slow-cooking cuts.

This box is ideal for families, serious home cooks, or anyone who wants to keep clean, local beef on hand without committing to a half or whole animal.

Our beef is raised start to finish on native grasses, mountain water, and fresh air — with no synthetic hormones, antibiotics, vaccines, GMOs, corn, soy, or sprayed pastures.
