Our Small Blended Farmstead Meat Box is designed for customers who want more than a few individual packages, but aren’t quite ready for a large bulk order. Each box includes approximately 10 lbs of Farmstead’s Choice cuts, thoughtfully selected to give you a practical, delicious mix of regenerative beef and pastured pork.
Your box may include cuts such as:

🍔 Beef steak, roast, stew meat, shank, or short ribs

These boxes are packed Farmstead’s Choice, which allows us to honor the whole animal, prevent over-harvesting the most limited cuts, and offer you a better value than shopping only by the package.
Our beef is raised on pasture and selected for marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor. Our pork comes from pasture-raised Mangalitsa hogs, a heritage breed prized for rich marbling, exceptional flavor, and beautiful fat quality.
